In case we haven't yet met, we're Joseph & Shannon Holoien–and the two behind Rockbamboo Photo & Film. We met in high school, graduated together in 2015 and eloped in 2019!
Shannon's an INFP personality type while Joseph's an INTJ. Introverts–but get us talking about world history and plants or crochet and fashion design–we'll see...
Although born in Saskatoon, Shannon grew up in a little town called Hong Kong; all the while, Joseph grew up in an extensive prairie suburb of Moose Jaw called Caronport.
The only thing that a camera can see is a clockwork myriad of light values and colours in time; but to the trained eye, the world is a language of love within life–a tapestry of fleeting moments. For this reason, we are so privileged to have clients that place their trust in our ability to tell their story and to capture their moments and feelings during some of the happiest moments of their lives.
